MAN DOWN!
You have to push yourself to get become a better rider and sometimes you push too hard. On May 15th at Schaeffer Farms I took a nasty spill off the bike and ended up separating my left shoulder. I'm hoping to be back on the trails mid to late June. Maybe start out with an easy loop on the white trail with the wife and ride with the group the next time if my shoulder feels good on the white trail. Since my picture wasn't up on the site yet, I wanted the first one to be a good one. Enjoy. ;~>
